This week I wanted to focus on the specific floral series: "In the Meadow"

These are invented as are the rest of my florals.  They are serene with a dreamy atmosphere.  I wanted these to be an antidote to the busy and hectic lives that we all live.  As we keep having to increase our productivity we also have an equal need to have a peaceful space where we can relax.  I use a host of techniques and try to keep these painting loose and light to help and create a specific atmosphere.
